Our Ventures
Dunwell is always your largest working interest partner in each venture. This assures that our interest is identical to yours, to produce the best possible results from every well at the lowest possible cost. Ventures offered by Dunwell are offered at realistic cost and include an economic analysis that encompasses expenses, taxes, and volume of production to determine payout calculations. Drilling ventures offered by Dunwell are part of a field development drilling program. This means that the company either has drilled or plans to drill a number of wells in this prospect area. This allows us to leverage geological and engineering research of the location, providing in depth knowledge of the prospective area. Multiple well developments further reduce cost by a more efficient use of personnel, equipment, and infrastructure across a number of wells to significantly reduce cost per well.

Field Operations
Each venture offered to outside participants by Dunwell is operated by Duncan Energy LLC, the operating affiliate of Dunwell Corporation. This means unnecessary intermediaries and third party costs are eliminated; which provides us with direct control over every venture and the ability to employ stringent cost controls. You have the comfort of dealing directly with the operating company. Duncan Energy’s experienced field personnel direct the drilling, completion, and production operations in close association with Dunwell management.

Administrative Operations
Dunwell has a top notch administrative staff providing timely accounting, regulatory reporting, tax accounting, and revenue distribution. Dunwell has embraced technology to the extent that our operation is entirely digital based. Printing, communications, and information delivery cost 50% less than in 1980. Revenue distribution is done within five business days or less of the company receiving production revenue. Investors receive revenue by a direct deposit ACH transaction, thus reducing the time it takes to deliver funds to our partners to twenty four hours and cutting our cost by 95%.
