About Dunwell Corporation
President Robert Duncan founded Dunwell Corporation in 1977. Then known as Dusa Drilling Company, the company provided contract drilling services for Mr. Duncan's private oil and gas production company, Big D Oil and Gas. In 1980 Mr. Duncan merged the two companies and the name changed to Dunwell Corporation. Dunwell spent years providing drilling, completion, and well services for the company and other oil and gas contractors. Prior to Dunwell's exit from the drilling contract business in 1985, the company had acquired an impressive amount of rigs and other drilling equipment. In 1989 and 1990 the company became and early stage player in horizontal drilling in the South Central Texas Austin Chalk Formation. The company has drilled and operated hundreds of vertical oil and gas wells, drilled eight horizontal wells, and organized numerous limited partnerships and joint venture drilling operations within Texas and other states.
| Headquartered in Dallas, Texas, the Company's core area of operations is along the upper gulf coast region of South Texas. Dunwell has gone to great lengths to secure valuable oil leases in the fields that have proven reserves. These valuable mineral leases were attained by years of research and significant industry connections. |

Dunwell Management
Robert Duncan has over 40 years experience in the financial community and the oil and gas industry. Prior to incorporating Dunwell Corporation in 1977, Mr. Duncan served as President of an oil and gas production company, Dusa Drilling Company, and Dun Well Service Company, a well servicing company. He has served as general partner in 22 private oil and gas drilling limited partnerships and as managing partner in numerous joint venture drilling programs. From 1972 to 1979 Mr. Duncan was President of Big D Oil and Gas Company, a private oil and gas production company. The Duncan family has been involved in the oil and gas industry since 1950 when Mr. Duncan's father became President of a public oil and gas royalties company.
Strategy
Dunwell's mission is to acquire, develop and maximize cash flow from a growing portfolio of long-life oil and gas assets.
